Who we are

With over 15 years experience in hospitality as operator and working within national wholesale, our lead consultant has a wealth of experience to support your engagement with food service suppliers.
Trained in negotiation and with a wide network across the industry enabling us to benchmark, manage existing deals and tender your business when necessary to get the right deal for our clients.

Everything from managing supplier meetings with their representatives to price reviews, new product listings and forecasts. We manage stock issues and monitor supplier performance. Alongside this we work with your teams to support compliance and ensure contractual terms are met in the most beneficial way for your business.

Brand sales

We work with a select number of manufacturers to help with bringing products to the UK Foodservice market. With a broad end user network we are able to market test products in your target market as well as support wholesale listings through creation of demand.
Our Transparency policy means all our Foodservice customers will always know which brands we work with as well as each brand being aware of our other clients to avoid any conflict of interest.
